An experienced professional with a well rounded attitude and understanding of issues and solutions in the areas of Safety and Injury Management for various industries. There are our inspectors who investigate cases of animal cruelty, the legal team who prosecute, the education department who go to schools and educate the wider community about animal welfare, the fundraising teams, events teams, veterinary staff… the list goes on! The RSPCA is not affiliated with these charities, and is promoting their need for volunteers as a gesture of good will during these difficult times. We can't do it without you. Volunteers make a huge contribution to the work we do to prevent cruelty, promote kindness to and alleviate suffering of animals.
The RSPCA for example, offers places for work experience Melbourne students in either the veterinary side of things, or in the animal shelter. To celebrate the 140th anniversary of RSPCA NSW, we were tasked with designing and developing an experience that would show the breadth of what the organisation has achieved and still continues to achieve. We developed the brand ‘Short Tails’ and worked with RSPCA NSW to get their video content into an engaging website experience. As the sole Content Writer for RSPCA NSW, I collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organisation, writing copy for digital fundraising appeals, marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and internal and external documents. I proof and edit all copy, ensuring it adheres to the RSPCA NSW style and brand guidelines.
